Notice that this one has a slightly different cover from the Mediamarkt one, it says "Art Not Final"
Should note the "Remake" label is absent in the PS4 page, and the game is €59,99 for the PS4 whereas it is 69,99€ for the PS5 (not sure if it'd make sense if these were digital, but since they're physical, I think it makes sense that the PS5 version costs more)
And finally, the soundtrack is coming to PS4 according to this:

I want to make a few points why I don't think these are likely to be fake
It is up on multiple stores, one of which actually even accept pre-orders
Two stores have an actual cover art for the PS4 version. How likely is it that multiple stores made fake cover arts for a fake product? Why would they do this? The only other explanation is that they got hacked, which is possible I guess, but the "Art Not Final" thing makes it much more likely that it is real imo. That's the kind of detail that is not likely to be fake
Prices for the PS5 and PS4 versions are appropriately different in both the Slovenian store and the Hungarian store "Playitstore"
